Georgie and Lexy Gifts and Home Limited is an online homeware store that currently ships within the USA. We offer brand-new collections of high-quality and stylish lifestyle products such as bedding, home decor and accessories.
We also offer theme-coordinated work-travel-play products such as suitcases, travel bags, backpacks, tote bags and laptop sleeves.

Our original and beautiful nature-inspired print and textile designs were created for you with Contemporary, Modern Botanical, Bohemian Global, Eclectic Chic, Modern Farmhouse, and Calm Minimalist design and interior styles in mind. Our designs are original creations of the company's New Zealand-based founder and designer, Glen Lacaden.

We are passionate about providing our customers with new ideas and ways to transform living spaces into cozy, inviting and amazing homes through our unique product collections.

What is the currency used for the Georgie and Lexy website?
Prices displayed on georgieandlexy.com are quoted in U.S. currency and are valid and effective only in the United States. The prices displayed on the Website are subject to change at any time with or without notice. Please review pricing at the time of your checkout. Your placement of an order through this Website established your offer to purchase the items selected by you. 

How much is the shipping cost?
Free standard shipping for all purchases. However, there may be unusual circumstances where the volume or destination of your order or the circumstances require an unforeseen deviation in terms of a) mode of transport for shipping, and b) change of packaging required. We will notify you before processing of payment if there is a need to charge you shipping fee. What are the payment methods to make a purchase?

Georgie and Lexy Ltd established secure payment methods with globally recognized Stripe Payment System.
Stripe is evaluated by a PCI-certified auditor and certified Stripe as Level 1 PCI Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. This audit includes both Stripe's Card Data Vault (CDV) and the secure software development of Stripe's integration code.

What is Georgie and Lexy policy on returns and refunds?
We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if the product you received is defective or bears a manufacturing error. We offer a free replacement or a refund. Please contact us by email at support@georgieandlexy.com and provide clear photos showing the issue and proof of purchase within 15 days of receiving the product/s. We will respond to you by email immediately. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions or Refund Policy for full step-by-step guide on what to do.
 
Important note: We do not support returns or refunds for products that have been ordered by the customer incorrectly in terms of the wrong choice of size, colour or change of requirement.

How long does it take to receive an order?
We aim to deliver 5-7 business days to the 48 states of America. However, the delivery time of products varies depending on the category of products that you ordered. The delivery times are individually indicated in the product description for each product.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the USA may take up to 7-15 additional business days.

Where does Georgie and Lexy Gifts and Home deliver?
Georgie and Lexy currently ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars.

Individual online shops for other countries in Europe and Austral Asia will open soon. Please contact support@georgieandlexy.com for inquiries.
 

Why has my order been split?

We have separate distribution centers for product types. Please note that we do not charge you for any extra shipping.

I put the wrong address on my order. Can I change this?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have put the incorrect address. If the item has already been shipped then this is very hard to get changed as we need to contact the courier company. Please email support@gerogieandlexy.com with your order number and the correct address you would like this changed. 

Can I change my address once I have placed my order?

We can update your address before your order is dispatched. We may be able to request a redirection. However, we cannot guarantee this especially if the package is already in transit.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is placed we cannot make any changes. We will cancel your order and you can place a new order. Please let us know as soon as possible of the order changes by emailing us at support@georgieandlexy.com. We will refund your first order through the same mode of payment you chose.

When I go to track my order, it has no status. 

This may be because the package is still at the depot and the courier has not yet picked up or scanned the package yet. Please check again in a couple of hours or wait overnight.

Are Georgie and Lexy products designed for commercial use?
Georgie and Lexy products are designed for domestic use. Products sold through this Website are solely intended for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers and potential customers.
Our products are not being offered for re-sale by purchasers thereof. 

Georgie and Lexy is happy to serve orders from companies who wish to purchase our products for use  as corporate gifts. Our products are not being offered for resale by any company or its customers thereof. 

Are all product shots and room sets shown in the gallery and the shop pages 100% true representations of Georgie and Lexy Gifts and Home products?
We take all reasonable care to ensure that the product description such as product use, material specifications, dimensions, prices, and photographic representations of each product offer are correct at the time when the relevant information was published on our Website.

Your perception of color saturation and definition of textures also depend on the calibration of your mobile device screen, monitor and computer equipment. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you saw on our Website are 100% accurate in terms of color saturation and textures. 
 

• Product color and shades may vary from one manufacturing batch to another. 

• There is a 3% allowance on fabric alignment.

• All product measurements are approximate. For fabric by the yard and pattern repeats, allow +/- 1-inch variance on sizes stated.

• Many of our products are individually hand finished and there may be differences between manufacturing batches, which will be more apparent if orders are placed at different times. These are not defects.

• Product specifications may vary from collection to collection as reflected in the design and price; however, all our products are manufactured to the same high-quality standards.
