1. We take pride in the quality of our products and will rectify any manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective product, we offer a full refund or free replacement. To initiate the process, please send an email to support@georgieandlexy.com within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please include in the email clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase.
2. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the defective product to the appropriate distribution center. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and security devices still attached, and in its original packaging. Include the proof of purchase and the completed returns packing slip.
3. Once we receive the faulty product in the condition described above, we will issue a full refund based on the original mode of payment, or a replacement of the same product will be shipped to you if you prefer. Please note that we will not issue a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned more than 30 days after the product's delivery.
4. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds for products that were ordered incorrectly, such as wrong size or color. We recommend that you carefully select the product before placing your order.
5. Lastly, we advise that you keep the shipping invoice for any returned item, as we are not responsible for misplaced products during transit from your location to our distribution center.
