Ordering and Delivery
 

Georgie and Lexy currently ship within the United States only. All prices are in US dollars. Individual online shops for other countries in Europe and Austral Asia will open soon. Please contact support@georgieandlexy.com for inquiries.

By placing an order on this Website, you are agreeing to purchase products by these Terms. Your order becomes binding once the system has accepted your payment, It is your responsibility to check before making payment that all the details of your order, such as your choice of product style, color, sizes, quantity, and delivery address are correct and suitable to your requirements.

The receipt of your payment will be immediately confirmed on our Website after the payment has been made. An invoice is automatically generated for you to download for your records. Your order will be processed as soon as your payment is confirmed.
 

An order acknowledgement email will be sent to you detailing the products you have ordered. We cannot change your order. If you would like to alter your order in terms of style, colour, or size, please place another order.

 

Georgie and Lexy reserves the right to accept or decline your order. This includes limiting the quantities of certain items that can be purchased by you, your family, or a group or an organization you represent. Where an order is not accepted or is limited by us, we will notify you via email.
 

We aim to deliver 5-7 business days to the 48 states of America. However, the delivery time of products varies depending on the category of products that you ordered. The delivery times are individually indicated in the product description for each product.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the USA may take up to 7-15 additional business days.
 

The delivery time frame is an estimate only. Delivery time may change from time to time due to unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable to you or any third party concerning any damages, loss, cost or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or delivered within the anticipated time frame.

However, if you are experiencing a significant delay in delivery you may contact our customer service assistance.

There may be instances when your order that includes different products may be delivered from different distribution centers and locations.
 

If your order was placed on a Sunday or a Holiday we will process your order on the next business day.

From time to time, a product may sell out faster than anticipated. You will be contacted the next business day if this situation does occur. If we have a restock date we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible.
 

We may suspend or refuse to process a transaction for any reason at any time at our sole discretion.

Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for all orders on this website.

Multiple Addresses
We are only able to accommodate one "Ship-to" address per order of a single or more items. If you would like to send a single or more item to another address, please complete a separate order per "Ship-to" address.

Disclaimer to Free Shipping
In any unusual circumstances where the volume of your order or the circumstances require an unforeseen deviation in terms of mode of transport for shipping, thereby, affecting the delivery rate that we pay our service provider, we will notify you before processing of payment if there is a need to charge you shipping fee. Customer Registration and Country Coverage
To be able to purchase products on the Website, you must register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information. You must provide a valid delivery address in the United States
of America (50 states).

1. Please note that hotels and temporary accommodation addresses are not acceptable due to the production and delivery times needed to fulfil the order. Please see the shipping section for full details.

2. Please note that any order placed from any country outside the United States of America cannot be fulfilled.

3. Georgie and Lexy Limited currently does not ship outside the United States of America. We will announce on our Website as soon as we can service other countries.

4. We deliver to PO Boxes only through our Free Standard Shipping offer. Customer must provide their full name, PO Box number, zip code, city and state.
   
    

Product Description

We take all reasonable care to ensure that the product description such as product use, material specifications, dimensions, prices, and photographic representations of each product offer are correct at the time when the relevant information was published on our Website. We exert efforts to display as accurately as possible the appearances, colours, textures or finishes of our products that appear on the Website. Your perception of color saturation and definition of textures also depend on the calibration of your mobile device screen, monitor and computer equipment. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you saw on our Website are 100% exact representations of the actual merchandise.

• Product color and shades may vary from one manufacturing batch to another. 

• There is a 3% allowance on fabric alignment.

• All product measurements are approximate. For fabric by the yard and pattern repeats, allow +/- 1-inch variance on sizes stated.

• Many of our products are individually hand finished and there may be differences between manufacturing batches, which will be more apparent if orders are placed at different times. These are not defects.

• Product specifications may vary from collection to collection as reflected in the design and price; however, all our products are manufactured to the same high-quality standards. 

• We reserve the right to make any changes to the product specifications (external and/or internal) and any other changes, where necessary.

• We reserve the right to withdraw any product from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website.

Georgie and Lexy products are designed for domestic use. Products sold through this Website are solely intended for the personal, non-commercial use of our customers and potential customers. Our products are not being offered for re-sale by purchasers thereof. 

Georgie and Lexy is happy to serve orders from companies who wish to purchase our products for use as corporate gifts. Our products are not being offered for resale by the company and its customers thereof.

Tax Policies
The company currently does not collect Sales Tax in most states for the period while the company is working towards reaching varying levels of economic nexus across the 50 states of the US. The company does pay sales tax to its suppliers. Therefore, customers who were not charged with sales tax are currently obligated to pay Use Tax to the state where the item is used. This information will also appear on the invoice issued to each customer per each purchase.

Businesses or individual consumers who make purchases of taxable items without paying sales taxes are treated as consumers of the items or services and owe the tax to the state (Source: Sale Tax Institute).

Secure Payment Methods
Georgie and Lexy Ltd established secure payment methods with globally recognized Stripe Payment System. Stripe is evaluated by a PCI-certified auditor and certified Stripe as Level 1 PCI Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. This audit includes both Stripe's Card Data Vault (CDV) and the secure software development of Stripe's integration code.

Refund/Return Policy
 

1. We take pride in the quality of our products and will rectify any manufacturing defects. If you have received a defective product, we offer a full refund or free replacement. To initiate the process, please send an email to support@georgieandlexy.com within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Please include in the email clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase.

2. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the defective product to the appropriate distribution center. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition, unused, with all tags and security devices still attached, and in its original packaging. Include the proof of purchase and the completed returns packing slip.

3. Once we receive the faulty product in the condition described above, we will issue a full refund based on the original mode of payment, or a replacement of the same product will be shipped to you if you prefer. Please note that we will not issue a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned more than 30 days after the product's delivery.

4. Please be aware that we do not accept returns or refunds for products that were ordered incorrectly, such as wrong size or color. We recommend that you carefully select the product before placing your order.

5. Lastly, we advise that you keep the shipping invoice for any returned item, as we are not responsible for misplaced products during transit from your location to our distribution center.
